On the 19th of July, James and Martin attended an evening champagne reception at Buckingham Palace for winners of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise (International Trade), and were presented to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip. The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are the UK’s most prestigious Awards for business success, with winners required to demonstrate substantial growth in overseas earnings and outstanding commercial success for the size of the business, sustained over three years. During the reception, James and Martin had the opportunity to mingle with the other Award winners and members of Her Majesty’s Household, and enjoy a rare opportunity to appreciate the magnificent setting of Buckingham Palace and view a small portion of its art collection.
